主要是因為 Chrome 的 plugin 中有兩個 Flash 的播放程式
把其中一個 Pepper 版本 Disable 後，不用重開 Chrome，馬上就會有聲音了
步驟如下
1. 在網址列輸入 chrome://plugins 2. 點選右上角的 detail 把細節展開 3. 搜尋 Flash 後就會發現有兩個版本的 flash 4. 找到 Pepper 的版本然後按下 Disable 即可網路上搜尋一下 PepperFlash，看來原本 Chrome 想要捨棄 Adobe Flash 自己出一套 沒想到創造出更多的問題 XD
